The Policy establishes the rules for the use of personal information by the LLC "CONSENSUS INTELLIGENCE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service")received from users of the website http://konsensus-intellekt.ru/ and its subdomains who have accepted the Public Offer of the Service, the text of which is posted on the Internet at the permanent address
http://konsensus-intellekt.ru/confidentiality/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Offer"). All terms used in the Policy are defined in the Public Offer.
By using the Site, the User expresses their unconditional agreement with the Policy.

1. Information received by the Service
1.1. The Service collects, accesses, and uses the User's personal data, technical information, and other information related to the User for the purposes specified in the Policy.
1.2. The Service uses cookies, which are technical information and do not constitute personal data of the User. Cookies are text files that allow the Service to process information about the User's activity, including information about which pages of the Site the User has visited and the time spent on each page. The User can disable the use of cookies in their browser settings.
1.3. Technical information also refers to information that is automatically transmitted to the Service during the use of the Site using the software installed on the User's device.
1.4. Personal data refers to the information that the User provides to the Service when filling out any registration form on the Site and subsequently interacting with the Service.
1.5. The Service processes the User's personal data, technical information, and other information for the entire period of validity of the agreements concluded with the User, and in the absence of such agreements, for 10 (ten) years from the moment of submission of the specified information.
1.6. The Site is not a publicly available source of personal data. Personal data is stored, including in the User's Personal Account, all responsibility for unauthorized access to which the User assumes by setting a password and protecting it from third parties.

2. Purpose of using the information provided by the User
2.1. The information provided by the User is used by the Service exclusively for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Acceptance between the Service and the User of the Public Offer, as well as the Service's fulfillment of the terms of the Public Offer;
2.1.2. Consideration of the User's appeals and claims;
2.1.3. Providing the User with technical support;
2.1.4. Sending promotional and/or informational materials to the User;
2.1.5. Improving the operation and modernization of the Website and its individual functions;
2.1.6. Fulfilling the requirements of Russian legislation.

3. Methods of processing
3.1. Processing of the User's personal data means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User's personal data.
3.2. The User gives its consent to the Service to process the User's personal data provided when filling out any registration form on the Website and during further interaction with the Service, including the transfer of such personal data to third parties in fulfillment of the agreements between the Service and the User, even when such transfer is carried out to the territory of other states (cross-border transfer).
3.3. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out by the Service using databases in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. Service measures and guarantees
4.1. The Service takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the information provided by Users from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties, by restricting access to such information by other users of the Website and the Service Application, employees and partners of the Service, and third parties (except for the provision of information by the Service necessary for the Service to fulfill its obligations to the User and the requirements of Russian legislation), as well as imposing sanctions on such persons for violating the confidentiality regime regarding such data.
4.2. The Service guarantees that the information provided by Users is not combined with statistical data, is not provided to third parties, and is not disclosed, except as specified in the Policy.

5. Rights of the Service
5.1. The Service has the right to conduct statistical and other research based on anonymized information provided by the User. The Service has the right to provide access to such research to third parties for advertising targeting. The User can also independently (if the User's device or software allows it) prevent the device or software from transmitting information necessary for advertising targeting through the Website.
5.2. The Service has the right to provide information about Users to third parties in order to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, to resolve technical issues or security problems, and in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. The Service has the right to provide access to information about the User to third parties if such transfer is necessary for the Service or another User to fulfill the agreement concluded with the User.
5.4. In the event that the User revokes their consent to the processing of personal data, the Service has the right to restrict the User's access to some or all of the Website's features.

6. User Rights
6.1. The User may at any time revoke their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written notification to the Service at the Service's postal address specified on the Website. The User understands that the Service may continue to use such information in cases permitted by applicable law.
6.2. The User may revoke their consent to receive promotional materials at any time by sending a notification to the Service at the email address tatiana@konsensus-intellekt.ru

7. New versions
7.1. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the Policy. It is the User's responsibility to review the Policy every time they access the Service website.
7.2. The new version of the Policy becomes effective as soon as it is posted on the Service website. Continuing to use the Service website or application after the new version of the Policy is posted on the Service website means that the User accepts the Policy and its terms.
7.3. The User must not use the Website or the Service Application if the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy.
